Username/password login will be permanently disabled on September 16, 2026. Solace is migrating to Solace ID, which sends a one-time passcode to your email address each time you sign into Solace Products, Support, Academy, Community, and Ideas.
Try Solace ID now, before September 16, 2026, to confirm you can access your account. No setup is required, access is granted automatically based on your organisation's email domain. Select ‘Solace ID login’ and enter your corporate email address, and a one-time code will be emailed to you so you can sign in. Your existing login will keep working until the deadline.
